2011 BMW 1-Series M Coupe in Valencia Orange Metallic over Black Boston Leather with Orange Stitching
  • Exterior Color Valencia Orange Metallic

Seller Description

This 2011 BMW 1M is one of 983 cars delivered to North America during the model’s single-year production run and was initially delivered to BMW of San Diego in California prior to being purchased by the seller in 2016. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Valencia Orange Metallic over black Boston leather upholstery, the car is equipped with the Convenience and Premium packages as well as gray-finished 19″ Style 359M alloy wheels, xenon headlights with washers, rear Park Distance Control, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, Comfort Access, iDrive infotainment, navigation, a Harman Kardon sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This 1M has 23k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, factory literature, two keys, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

This example is one of 435 cars finished in Valencia Orange Metallic for the North American market and features model-specific bumper covers, side skirts, flared fenders, and quad exhaust outlets. Additional details include xenon headlights with washers, rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming side mirrors, rear parking sensors, a trunk lip spoiler, and LED taillights. According to the seller, the front spoiler and roof panel have been refinished under current ownership. Paint protection film is said to have been applied to the hood, front bumper cover, rocker panels, front fenders, and portions of the rear quarter panels. Imperfections are shown up close in the gallery below.

Gray-finished 19″ Style 359M alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 245/35 up front and 265/35 at the rear. The 1M utilizes suspension and braking components sourced from the contemporary M3 and features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with M Dynamic Mode (MDM) as well as Dynamic Brake Control. Stopping power is from cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. A brake fluid flush was performed in August 2022.

The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Boston leather with orange contrast stitching that extends to the dashboard and door panels, while Alcantara upholstery accents the shift boot, doors, and dashboard. M-branded carpeted floor mats line the footwells, and features include Comfort Access, iDrive infotainment with navigation, a Harman Kardon sound system, a CD stereo, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and dual-zone automatic climate control.

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged 3.0L N54B30 inline-six was factory rated at 335 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, with an overboost function allowing for an additional 37 lb-ft of torque in short bursts. An oil change was carried out in August 2022.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW of San Diego in California, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $54,635.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California and Oregon.
