2011 BMW 1-Series M Coupe in Alpine White 3 over Black Boston Leather with Orange Stitching
  • Exterior Color Alpine White 3

Seller Description

This 2011 BMW 1M is one of 983 cars delivered to North America during the model’s single-year production run, and it is finished in Alpine White over black Boston leather upholstery. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six mated to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes power-adjustable and heated front seats, a Harman Kardon CD stereo, navigation, automatic climate control, 19″ Style 359 wheels, and xenon headlights. Modifications consist of an Evolution Racewerk intake-charge pipe and a TiAL blow-off valve. The car was purchased by the seller on BaT in December 2020 and was subsequently listed by him on BaT in August 2022. Work in June 2022 included an oil change and replacement of the valve cover gasket. This 1M has 19k miles and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, the window sticker, two keys, an indoor car cover, a battery tender, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The 1M is distinguishable from its contemporary 1-Series counterparts by unique bumpers and side skirts, wider fender flares, a quad-exit exhaust system, and M3-style mirrors. This example is finished in Alpine White III (300) with gloss black Shadowline trim and is equipped with rear Park Distance Control, auto-dimming side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, and xenon headlights with fixed washers. Clear paint protection film and a ceramic coating have been applied to the exterior. Paint meter readings are viewable in the gallery below.

Staggered-width 19” Style 359 wheels wear Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 tires measuring 245/35 up front and 265/35 out back. The 1M employs brakes, rear subframe, and suspension components sourced from the contemporary M3, and braking is handled by ventilated and cross-drilled rotors all around. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with M Dynamic Mode (MDM) as well as Dynamic Brake Control.

The cabin features heated and power-adjustable front seats and a rear bench upholstered in black Boston leather with orange stitching. Alcantara accents the dashboard, door panels, parking brake handle, shifter boot, and instrument binnacle. Additional equipment includes automatic climate control, a Harman Kardon CD stereo, navigation, Comfort Access, cruise control, push-button start, and M-branded floor mats.

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 19k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged 3.0L N54B30 inline-six was factory rated at 335 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, with an overboost function allowing for an additional 37 lb-ft of torque in short bursts. Modifications consist of an Evolution Racewerk intake-charge pipe and a TiAL blow-off valve. The valve cover gasket was replaced and an oil change was performed in June 2022.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Scratches on the underside of the front lip can be viewed in the gallery below, along with additional underside photos.

The window sticker lists factory colors and equipment, initial delivery to BMW of Watertown in Connecticut, and a total suggested retail price of $54,085.

Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with two keys, an indoor car cover, and a BMW battery tender.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and displays history in Connecticut, Maryland, and Florida beginning in 2011. The report indicates that the vehicle has had one owner, although the seller first titled the car in January 2021.
