This 2011 BMW 1M was originally delivered to Laurel BMW of Westmont, Illinois and was acquired by the seller on BaT in June 2018. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six linked to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Alpine White over black Boston leather with orange stitching. Equipment includes a Harman Kardon audio system, the Premium and Convenience packages, and 19″ wheels finished in black, and the car has been modified with Dinan engine management software and exhaust components as well as H&R lowering springs and European-style adaptive xenon headlights. This 1M has 8k miles and is offered with removed parts, service records, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The 1M was visually distinguished from standard 1-Series cars with flared fenders, unique front and rear styling, and four exhaust tips. This example is finished in Alpine White III (300) with Shadowline trim, and additional features include European-style adaptive xenon headlights, headlight washers, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, tinted windows, black grilles, carbon-fiber mirror covers, and a trunk lip spoiler. XPEL paint protection film and a ceramic coating were applied in January 2019.
This is a re-list after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in June 2022 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner has been banned from future participation on BaT and their buyer’s fee was not refunded.
Black 19″ Style 359 wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 265/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires with 2011 production date codes. H&R lowering springs were fitted under previous ownership. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors and black-painted calipers.
The cabin features heated and power-adjustable front sport seats and rear bucket seats upholstered in black Boston leather with orange contrast stitching, and Alcantara upholstery accents the shift boot, doors, and dashboard. Features include navigation, a CD stereo with a Harmon Kardon audio system, and automatic climate control.
The Alcantara-wrapped M Performance steering wheel features tri-color stitching and a blue centering stripe. Instrumentation includes a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline. The digital odometer indicates under 8k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0L N54 inline-six was modified in 2013 with Dinan engine management software and mid-pipe exhaust components.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
