2011 BMW 1-Series M Coupe in Valencia Orange Metallic over Black Boston Leather with Orange Stitching
  • Exterior Color Valencia Orange Metallic

Seller Description

This 2011 BMW 1M is finished in Valencia Orange Metallic over black Boston leather, and it is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a Harman-Kardon sound system, heated and power-adjustable front seats, and the Convenience and Premium packages. The car was first purchased from BMW Mt. Kisco in New York, and spent time in Connecticut, Iowa, and California before it was acquired by the current owner in September 2020. It now has just over 15k miles, and the seller states that the high-pressure fuel pump was replaced in November 2020. This 1M is now offered on behalf of its current owner with manufacturer’s literature, unused M-embroidered floor mats and additional accessories, a Carfax report, and a clean California title.

This example is one of approximately 435 examples finished in Valencia Orange Metallic (B44) for the North American market, and 1M features include Shadowline exterior trim, flared fenders, quadruple exhaust outlets, and M3-style mirrors, xenon headlights with washers, and unique bumper covers and side skirts. The Carfax report lists damage occurring in February 2012, and the current owner reports that the left-rear quarter panel was replaced as a result. Noted flaws include stone chips, a scrape on the underside of the front bumper, and a scratch on the trunk lid, and an aftermarket front plate mount is fitted.

Silver-finished 19″ Style 359 alloy wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measure 245/35 up front and 265/35 out back, and show date codes from 2018, 2019, and 2020. The 1M also utilizes suspension and braking components as well as a rear subframe sourced from the contemporary M3 model.

The interior features power-adjustable and heated front seats upholstered in black Boston leather with contrasting orange stitching, while matching Alcantara accents the headliner, shift boot, doors, and dashboard. Additional equipment includes navigation, automatic climate control, cruise control, Comfort Access, Park Distance Control, Harman-Kardon surround sound, and the Premium package, which adds front seat lumbar support, Bluetooth connectivity, ambiance lighting, and auto-dimming mirrors.

Instrumentation includes a 180-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just over 15k miles, approximately 2k of which were added by the current owner.

The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter N54 inline-six produced 335 horsepower and 332lb-ft of torque when new, with temporary overboost providing up to 369 lb-ft of torque. The high-pressure fuel pump was reportedly replaced in November 2020.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker shows original delivery to BMW Mt. Kisco, colors and equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $54,385.

M-branded accessories are included in the sale and shown above, along with a factory front plate holder and BMW-branded wheel locks.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident from 2012 and lists registration history in Connecticut, Iowa, and California through its most recent entry in January 2021.
