The seller reports that he has used this 1M as a weekend and track car during his three years of ownership. Braking is from a Performance Friction Z-Rated big brake kit utilizing stainless steel brake lines and PFC Z31 racing brake pads.

Factory front seats have been replaced with Sparco Pro 2000 racing seats with Sparco 6-point racing harnesses and BimmerWorld billet aluminum floor mount adapters. The rear seat has been deleted in favor of a Piper Motorsport welded-in roll cage.

Other interior modifications include Revozport carbon fiber door panels, a custom short-shifter, and racing pedals from Ultimate Pedals. The digital odometer shows just over 27k miles, about 7,400 of which were added by the seller.

The car utilizes a Moton Club Sport double-adjustable, remote-reservoir coilover suspension with AST racing springs, Turner Motorsport coilover mounts, and Vorshlag camber plates.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists two owners with Maryland and Connecticut registrations since new. Service records covering the last three years are included, as are the stock suspension, braking, and exhaust parts. The seller has a loan out on the car, and his lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.

It was featured at cp-e's booth at SEMA in 2011. For those of you that don't, no expense was spared in building this monster.
