All maintenance is up to date and all done by BMW. I have a book with every record as well as the original window sticker (2) and all original sales paperwork. No track, autocross or other racing of any kind. Purchased from Kuni BMW Portland in August of 2011. It was the first of two that they received.

The car has every option available except 6NR which is BMW Apps. This includes Convenience Package, Premium Package, Navigation, Anti Theft System, Park Distance Control, Keyless Entry, Heated Seats, Push Button Start, BMW Assist with Handsfree Bluetooth, Satellite Radio, Harman Kardon Surround Sound and iPod/USB adaptor. The car is completely stock except:

Dinan Stage 2 Upgrade Installed by Matrix Engineering in Portland. This was done about 1,000 miles ago. It adds 43 HP (from 335 factory to 378 Dinan) and 83 lb-ft. of torque (from 332 factory to 415 Dinan). Dinan Stage 2 Performance Engine Software safely increases turbo-boost pressure, along with properly retuned fuel mixtures, ignition timing and full map rescaling. Dinan's software also removes the top speed governor so the BMW will be capable of achieving its natural top speed.

Original tires replaced at about 16,000 miles with OEM Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I would estimate that the tires today are around 60%.
