I'm regretfully having to sell my beautiful 1M due to moving to a place with limited parking!! I recently sold an 88 E30 M3 and a 95 E36 light weight M3, was hoping to keep this one but soon I'll have no garage space and would hate to have to store this car outside.

If you are looking at this posting, you know what a special car this is. I bought it from Kuni BMW in Oregon after looking for the right one for two years! This car is optioned out perfectly;

--Premium Package which includes a list of options such as Boston Leather, power seats headlight washers, Bluetooth and other items.
--Heated seats.
--Premium sound system ( sounds awesome).
--Sat radio
-- NO NAV so, no ugly screen in the middle of dash plus it would just be outdated in a few years anyway.

So, it has all the right options and none of the stuff you don't need. This car has never been in an accident, never had paint work, all panels are original. Interior is in perfect condition. It runs, drives, sounds, feels superb. It's absolutely a blast to drive with only 39K miles. I bought it as a CPO car with the balance of BMW CPO 6yr/100,000 warranty till Nov 30th 2017 plus balance of a 6yr/100000 BMW Maintenance program still in force till Nov 30th 2017. This is probably the only CPO 1M for sale around. It doesn't need anything, with everything in perfect order but these two plans are nice to have and will transfer to new owner. It's all stock, never been modified. The tires are Michelin Pilot Super sports with less than 2000 miles on them. It has a very cool orange colored ring around the start/stop button saying ' One of 740 1 M coupe" you might be able to see it in one of the interior photos. It has clear bra on the front, door edges and rear fender. .There was a recent CNET article about the 1M about it having one of the best resale values of all time. It quoted " The 1M Coupe's status as blue collectible for the long haul seems all but assured". In my opinion after next to Z8, it's most collectible modern BMW. It's not a smart move from my part to sell this car but I'm afraid I don't have much choice.

This car has clean title, I've seen a few with salvaged or refurbished tittle, comes with both keys and all original books.
