  • Exterior Color Alpine White 3

Seller Description

This BMW 1M coupe is one of 983 imported to North America for the 2011 model year, and was purchased new from Chapman BMW in Chandler, Arizona by the seller. Power is from a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter N54 inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and the car is finished in Alpine White over a black leather interior. Features include the Premium and Convenience packages, heated seats, 19″ wheels, Harman Kardon audio, and more. Dealer maintenance has been performed since new, most recently with an oil change, brake fluid flush and cabin air filter replacement in February 2018. This 1M shows 33k miles and is offered by its original owner with an extra set of black factory wheels, a clean Carfax report, a window sticker, service records, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Alpine White (Alpinweiss 3 300), and features 1M-specific trim including a deck lid spoiler lip and different bumper covers when compared with other contemporary 1-series models. Blemishes include scrapes along the lower edges of the front air dam as shown in gallery close-ups below, and the seller notes a chip in the windshield which is said to be too small to repair.

Shadowline window trim, xenon headlamps with washers, auto-dimming side mirrors, and parking sensors were equipped from the factory, while a dark aftermarket tint has been added to the windows. The car was driven until 2018 on a set of black factory wheels, which are included in the sale and show curb damage. The stock silver 19″ wheels were recently reinstalled and wear eight-year-old Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

The cockpit is trimmed in black Boston leather over heated and power-adjustable seats with lumbar support and driver’s memory settings. Contrasting orange stitching can be seen on the seats and the Alcantara dash, shift boot, and door panel upholstery. A sunroof was not available on the 1M coupe.

Grey gauges include a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, a 180-mph speedometer, and a digital odometer showing 33k miles, all of which have been added by the seller. Equipment includes a factory navigation system, Harman Kardon audio, a satellite radio receiver, iPod and USB inputs, and a three-spoke M-Sport steering wheel.

The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter N54 inline-six produced 335 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque when new. Maintenance on this example has been performed by Chapman BMW in Chandler, Arizona since new, with the most recent being an oil change, brake fluid flush, and cabin air filter replacement in February 2018.

A six-speed manual transmission routes power to the rear wheels through a limited-slip differential. Factory chassis tuning included revised spring rates, a lowered ride height, forged aluminum control arms, and larger brakes with cross-drilled rotors.

The window sticker lists standard and optional equipment for an MSRP of just under $54k.

The September 2019 Carfax report lists dealer service visits and records an accident-free history under one owner in Arizona though February 2018.
